Brittany:

Specialities - fruits de mer, coquilles St Jacques Nantaise (scallops with spices), cotriade Bretonne (fish stew) gigot d'agneau à la Bretonne, poularde à la Rennaise (stuffed chicken with prunes), saucisses au muscadet, canard au petit pois, beurre blanc Nantais, pain de maqereau Quiberon, ragout bigoudin, crêpes suzettes, galette biscuits, far Breton (yorkshire pudding with prunes or raisins), butter cake.

Normandy:
