Pérard enjoys a quiet peaceful setting 6 kms from the medieval town of Caylus, near to the wine regions of Cahors and Gaillac.
Pérard comprises a farmhouse inhabited by the English owners, and two gîtes, available for guests, that each accommodate 4.
Each gîte is open-plan downstairs with a sitting/dining/kitchen area. Upstairs is a bathroom, a double and a twin room. Each is equipped with a video, gas cooker, fridge and washing machine.
The terraced pool is overlooked by a magnificent pigeonnier and entered by Roman steps.
There are no rules, except we hope that you enjoy your stay and that you treat the house and its furnishings as you would your own. The house will be clean on your arrival with clean linen and the beds made. We ensure a clean pool every day and, although we like to take the occasional swim, the pool is mostly yours.
Pets welcome.
