Once a working farm, Les Moustans has now been tastefully renovated and converted into well-equipped holiday accommodation, furnished to a high standard.
Guests have a choice of two superb swimming pools. Surrounded by a large terrace with sunloungers, both pools are just a short stroll from the gîtes. The pools (one 12m x 6m, the other with a 6.5m diameter) are serviced and cleaned daily.
There is a boules piste and children's play area in the extensive grounds and a games room with table tennis, darts and other games.
Throughout the grounds there are garden tables and chairs in both shady and sunny spots.
The owners, Natasja & Chanthal, live in the main farmhouse and are always happy to offer advice and make recommendations.
The Old Barn
The Old Barn has been converted into six independent gîtes. Four are on the upper floor and sleep 2-4 each - the other two are on the ground floor and sleep 2-5 each.
The gîtes have enough room for an extra single bed or a baby. Gîte 3 on the ground floor has wider doorways making wheelchair access easy.
Each gîte has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet.
Each upper-floor gîte has its own small, private balcony equipped with garden table and chairs.
All gîtes have fully-equipped kitchen areas with fridge, cooker & oven, microwave, toaster and kettle/coffee machine.
The living areas have a dining table with chairs and a double sofa bed.
Gîte 3 has one triple bedroom with double bed and single bed. Gîte 6 has two bedrooms - the larger with a double bed, the smaller with bunk beds. Both gîtes have bathrooms with shower, hand basin and toilet.
Both ground-floor gîtes have private terraces with garden table and chairs.
The Bread Oven
Separate, fully-equipped kitchen area with fridge, cooker & oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Open-plan living room with dining table and chairs and double sofa bed. Open fireplace with wood burner.
Mezzanine double bedroom and open-plan bathroom with shower.

The Annexe
Cosy gîte, ideal for a couple.

B&B
Delightful Bed & Breakfast accommodation is available on request – please contact us for details. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped to a high standard, each with en suite bathroom, with shower or bath, wash basin and private toilet.
We also offer evening meals with us for gîte and B&B guests.

LOCAL AREA
St-Matré has a beautifully restored church, a small restaurant, a "dépôt de pain" for fresh bread, tennis court, post office and petrol station.
Montcuq is a small bustling town with lively bars and cafés, shops and markets.
Les Moustans is not just for lovers of wine and vineyards! We have castles, prehistoric caves, museums, canoeing on the rivers, cycling, walking, horse riding, fishing, golf and (of course) wine tasting. We also have amusement parks, prehistoric parks, a water park with pools, slides and jacuzzis, a swimming lake and waterskiing. Or visit the picturesque towns of Sarlat, Gourdon, Cahors, Soulliac, Brive, Rocamadour and many more.
