The farmhouse offers bed and breakfast accommodation in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. There is a guest lounge and the bedrooms provide spacious and comfortable accommodation.
The cottage provides three double bedrooms each with ensuite shower room, a lounge/dining room, fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen and private garden.

Ground Floor
The guest lounge provides a comfortable seating area with a settee and chairs. There is a good selection of informative reading material. Snacks and beverages are served in the lounge as well as outside.
The dining room has “French style” armchairs and hand carved “Breton” furniture.
First Floor
1 x Double bedroom and 1 x Twin bedroom, with shared bathroom comprising bath, shower, hand wash basin and WC.
Separate WC with hand wash basin.
Second Floor
1 x Double bedroom with private facilities comprising shower, hand wash basin and WC.
1 x Twin bedroom both with private facilities comprising shower, bidet, hand wash basin and WC.
1 x Twin bedded room with private ensuite comprising shower, hand wash basin and WC.
Separate WC with hand wash basin.
Meals, Snacks and Beverages:
Breakfast - Our room rates include breakfast and we aim to give you the perfect start to the day.
Pizzas Snacks and Beverages are available all day.
Evening Meals - We offer the option of a two, three or four course evening meal, prices starting from €17.50 Euros (£12.25) per head, with a vegetarian option.
Swimming Pool and Gardens:
La Chénardais is set in large grounds of 2 hectares.
There is a 10m x 5m heated swimming pool with table and chairs June-Sept. There are beautiful views over the fields and countryside surrounding us.
There is a children's play area, a "boules" court and a large garden to play ball games.
There is ample space to park your car, boat or trailer.
The Cottage
Large lounge/dining room with TV and “free to air” box, DVD player, video recorder, hi-fi system, games, videos, DVD’s, books and selection of brochures.
Separate kitchen, fully equipped including cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave.
Three beautifully furnished double bedrooms. Two have twin beds and one a double bed. All rooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror, bedside tables and a hairdryer.
All three bedrooms have their own private state-of-the-art ensuite shower room.
Brick built BBQ area with patio and garden furniture – to the front is a large garden.

La Chénardais provides a good base for exploring many interesting towns, markets with their fresh, local produce and the sandy beaches.

Leisure activities:
The area is ideal for running, cycling and walking and there are a good number of golf courses within easy driving distance.
There are a good number of sandy beaches from St Malo towards St Brieuc.
Horse-riding, angling and sand yachting.
For the children there are lots of choices including fun parks, water park, zoos, aquarium, labyrinth and motor museum.
