The main holiday home with 1 Family bedroom, 1 large double bedroom, 1 single bedded room with en-suite shower room, family bathroom, lounge with British Satellite TV, kitchen, dining room and telephone. Full central heating for all year round living, equipped patio area with use of a splash pool.

La Côte
Ideal as a base for house hunting or holidays and can be let jointly with Maison Renard where discounts will apply. It contains kitchen/lounge with British Satellite TV and telephone, Master bedroom, Small bedroom and shower room with toilet and hand basin, equipped patio area with use of a splash pool.
La Côte has a south facing garden courtyard with a fully equipped patio containing garden furniture and barbeque equipment.
Lounge/Kitchen - A cosy room with ease of use to eat and relax in.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and modern cooker.
Master Bedroom containing a double bed.
Small Bedroom containing a single bed.

30 minutes drive. Lake/river with canoes and safe swimming beach with life-guard.
JARNAC
45 minutes drive. Jarnac and the surrounding area near Cognac are excellent for tasting wine, pineau and cognac. There are canoes for hire and boat trips on the river Charente.
ROYAN
Royan offers beautiful beaches with miles of golden sands. The town itself has many pavement cafes providing for all tastes. Between Royan and St-Palais-Sur-Mer is the zoo and a large water park.
SWIMMING LAKES
There are numerous lakes in the Charente many of which have designated swimming beaches / areas with lifeguard and cafes. The nearest one to Maison Renard is at Roumazieres.

LA VALLEE DES SINGES (Valley of the monkeys)
Just over an hour away, well worth a visit for adults and children.
LIMOGES Pottery.
Maison de La Porcelaine at Aixe-sur-Vienne; they carry an extensive stock of both quality and utility porcelain - ideal for present hunting. You can also see them working in the factory.
