5 bedrooms, 2 in the loft space, shower-room with toilet and basin.
The sitting room and kitchen have direct access to the delightful triangular courtyard. Access to the garden from the courtyard.
The Cottage – sleeps 4/6

Large open plan living area, bathroom.
First floor:
2 bedrooms.

The Bakery – sleeps 2/4
Downstairs:
Combined sitting/ dining room with sofabed and kitchen area.
First floor:
Double bedroom, mezzanine - shower-room with toilet and basin.
LOCAL AREA
10 minutes stroll from Le Grand Etang, a 65 acre leisure lake with beach and many facilities. There are many local inexpensive restaurants, one by the lake.
Piegut Pluvier – pleasant market town (4 miles) with supermarket, variety of shops, weekly market, bank and Tourist Information Office.
Nontron 10 minutes – ancient town with all services, amenities and museum.
