Kitchen/diner with patio doors leading onto your private terrace, lawns and pool/bar area.
Upstairs are 1 double, 1 twin (single beds) and 1 twin (bunkbeds), & modern bathroom with large shower.
Gite 2 'Le Tournesol' - Sleeps 5 + Baby:
A newly renovated gite with original exposed stonework and beams. Airy and light and tastefully decorated.
Facilities include:
Open-plan lounge/TV area.
Fully fitted Kitchen & dining area with patio doors leading onto your private terrace, lawns and pool/bar area.
Upstairs are 2 en-suite bedrooms: 1 room with 1 double bed (the en-suite has a corner hydro-shower cubicle, sink and wc); 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (the en-suite has a full size bath with shower overhead, sink and wc).
Gite 3 'Maize' - Sleeps 2 to 3:
Spacious accommodation on ground floor attached to the main house.
Facilities include:
Kitchen/diner, bath/shower room, sitting room with TV etc and suite that converts to bed settee.
Separate double bedroom.
French doors lead out of the sitting room onto private lawned area.
Facilities
Use of large swimming pool (13m x 6m) and surrounding terrace with parasols and sun loungers.
Covered bar area to relax in the shade with a glass of wine or 2!
Full size pool table and exterior table tennis table for guests use free of charge during their stay.
No Pets.

Within easy reach of attractions including canoeing, mountain biking/cycling, horse riding, golfing, fishing, chateaux/vineyard country walks. Only 5 mins from Montagrier & Tocane St Apre with shops and restaurants 30 mins from Perigueux.
