The villa is a luxury detached property with a floor area of 200 m² spread over 3 floors with its own lift, spacious patios and swimming pool.

The location is one of the most secluded but central places on the Cote D'Azur. The commanding sea view (every room overlooks the sea) is one of the best in the area. The constant activity of boats adds to this picturesque, panoramic view of Cannes, the snow covered French Alps and the Mediterranean sea and where sunbathing in complete privacy is a difficult option to resist. This secluded captivating villa is guaranteed to make your summer holiday very romantic.

The nearest railway station is Theoule-sur-Mer (2km), the motorway is 5km and Nice airport is 25km. A car is recommended.

Other facilities include telephone (incoming only), central heating, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Cots can be supplied for young babies if required. We can supply all bed linen and towels.

Long term renters welcome, not ideal for the elderly or infirm, children welcome.

Short Breaks out of season: You can stay for as many or as few nights as you want. Get a party of eight together and with specially negotiated rates you can stay for as little as £20 per night per person. And as your short break can start any day of the week, you can take advantage of cheap midweek fares.

LOCAL AREA

The coast road through delightfully picturesque Theoule connects directly to St Tropez and is one of the most stunningly beautiful and memorable coastal roads.

There are 3 golf courses within 15 minutes drive, 4 ports and 10 kms of beach to choose from. Monte Carlo is 1 hour drive. Train routes hug the Cote d'Azur coastline giving a 'by the sea' view of the whole coastline from Marseilles to Italy. The Cote d'Azur, is probably the restaurant capital of the World.

For sightseeing, places such us St Tropez, Monte Carlo, Nice, Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Cannes, Eze are all very close and all have excellent restaurants and sights to see.

Local activities include diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding, roller blading.
