Le Perchoir des Paons (the peacock’s roost) is set in a beautiful valley within 25 minutes of both the Lot and Dordogne rivers. Ideal for short or long stays, it is a perfect base to explore the area or to enjoy our stunning views, pool and garden.
We offer bed and breakfast as well as evening meals and for visitors who wish to dine out there are a number of wonderful local restaurants.
Le Perchoir des Paons is a stone farmhouse believed to be over 300 years old, with outbuildings and grounds of about 2 acres and lovely views across the valley, as it’s built on the side of a hill and basks in sunshine. It’s set in farmland in a hamlet on the outskirts of the tiny village of Gindou.
