Our advertising rate is just £50 (75 Euros) per annum which includes all the above features (except optional availability chart). The only other possible costs are:

• optional availability chart at £10 (15 Euros) per annum per property
   

• changing your photographs at £10 (15 Euros) per request

For renewals we offer a LOYALTY DISCOUNT of 10% reducing the normal rate to just £45 (67.50 Euros) and as above:

• optional availability chart at £10 (15 Euros) per annum per property
   

• changing your photographs at £10 (15 Euros) per request

If you have more than one property which you would like to advertise or would like to make an agency booking, please contact us by email for our current rates.

This is designed to assist both property owners and holidaymakers with the key benefit of making enquiries and bookings more efficient.  Holidaymakers can view clearly whether their chosen holiday accommodation is available before enquiring / booking, whilst property owners can be more certain that enquiries lead to bookings.  Many property owners will already have their availability chart on their own website - if not we would strongly recommend you take advantage of this facility.

All you need to do is to update us by emailing the form provided on a regular basis (we would suggest fortnightly during busy booking periods) and we will then update your availability on the website.

Changes to the text of advertisements can be made at any time at no cost - all changes should be notified to us in writing by email or by post.

Changes to photographs will be charged at the rate of £10 (15 Euros) per request.
